Kids Yoga

Date: November 7, 2022 - January 15, 2023; No classes November 23-27 and December 23-January 6
Day/Time: Mondays 4:30 pm – 5:15 pm (Ages 4-7) 
Day/Time: Mondays 5:30 pm – 6:15 pm (Ages 8-12) 

We’ll explore movement through a variety of playful postures, play games that promote awareness and community building, and work into breathing exercises and meditative techniques to foster a sense of tranquility and self-regulation. Yoga is the perfect activity for guiding kids into healthy growth both mentally and physically. Plus, it’s a lot of fun!


Mommy and Me Yoga

Date: November 7, 2022 - January 15, 2023; No classes November 23-27 and December 23-January 6
Day/Time: Fridays 9:00 am – 9:45 am (Ages 1.5-4)

Parent and Tot Yoga will create a space where parent and tot can connect with each other while developing gross motor skills and creativity. Play, imagination, routing, language development, and naming and allowing emotions will all be taught and explored throughout this class. We will work on complex physical skills such as skipping, jumping, yoga postures, and contact between parent and child. Moms and dads welcome!


Yoga Instructor

Classes will be led by Kimberly Vihon, our kids yoga instructor.


Fit for Kids!

Date: November 7, 2022 - January 15, 2023; No classes November 23-27 and December 23-January 6
Day/Time: Sundays 1:30 pm – 2:15 pm (Ages 6-12) 
Day/Time: Mondays 2:30 pm – 3:15 pm (Ages 6-12)

*Ages outside of range and interested can call for possible approval into class! 

The focus of each class is on how well your child moves, not how much or how fast. Every class is loaded with age-appropriate excitement coupled with learning the basic functional movements. We want to see your kids grow in strength and skill as well as in confidence and character, and above all have fun!


Adult and Kids Martial Arts

Date: November 7, 2022 - January 15, 2023; No classes November 23-27 and December 23-January 6
Day/Time: Wednesdays 7:00 pm – 8:00 pm (Ages 6-17) 

Day/Time: Wednesdays 8:00 pm – 9:00 pm (Ages 18+)
Day/Time: Saturdays 10:00 am – 11:00 am (Ages 6-17)

Day/Time: Saturdays 11:00 pm – 12:00 pm (Ages 6-17) 

Our Martial Arts program will build on the skills that focuses on the self-defense and Kung Fu. The curriculum includes conflict resolution and non-lethal restraint. Skills include blocks, kicks, punches, falls and throws. All students receive a study sheet that will assist parents in reviewing the material. The class also works on flexibility, running, endurance, strength, concentration and coordination. Participants are able to sign up for more than one class for additional practice and develop stronger technique.


Fitness and Martial Arts Instructor

Fitness Classes will be led by Bardell Wilson and Kendall Tucker, our kids fitness instructors. Martial Arts classes will be led by Master Si Gung Robert Anderson and Teacher Michael Owens.
