Come join our Arts & Crafts Class!!

Everyone gets crafty in this creative and fun-filled class. Participants will dabble with all kinds of art material such as paint, clay projects, slime, open draw, and more! Students will finish the session and take home all the amazing crafts they created throughout the summer.

Class Types

Intro to Art : (Ages 1.5 up to 4; Parent must attend with child) Parents with their Tots will get crafty and participate in activities within arts and crafts while making new friends! Projects will allow participants to work with different colors, textures, and art mediums to develop their social, sensory, and motor skills!

Craft Club for Tots : (Ages 3 up to 6) Through group projects and individual work, toddlers will learn basic classroom skills, as well as artistic skills such as cutting, gluing, painting, and more!

Art Club for Kids : (Ages 6 up to 10) In these hands-on sessions, we'll be using cardboard as our main medium to create unique, 3D masterpieces! This activity sparks creativity and encourages problem-solving and collaboration through cutting, gluing, and assembling.

Drawing and Painting : (Ages 6 up to 18) This class teaches the basic elements of drawing and painting and moves to a creative workshop where students express their own designs and compositions using experimental methods.

Craft & Yap: Join Craft & Yap at the Morgan Park SC for a fun, no-pressure evening! Various craft and art materials will be provided for adults to utilize to learn new techniques or enhance your skills! No experience needed; instruction is guided but flexible, allowing for self-paced creation. Come solo or with friends to craft, connect, and chat in a welcoming space and leave with your creations

Attire

This class can get messy so make sure to wear clothes that can get dirty. There will be no smocks provided, but kids are allowed to wear them if they would like! An oversized old button up or regular t-shirt works great!
